About this plant

Watch a new centerpiece unfold from a bulb. Grow Your Own Lily brings reddish foliage and a different growth form to a planted aquarium.

Is this right for me?

A manageable plant option when you can provide the light and placement listed below. Follow the planting steps rather than burying every plant in gravel.

How to place and care for it

Rest the bulb on top of the gravel or plant soil. Do not bury the bulb. Let the roots grow down into the bottom of the tank.

Light and placement

Light: Low to Medium aquarium lighting. Place it: Planted in the bottom. No extra CO2 needed. CO2 means carbon dioxide, a gas plants use to grow. Adding extra CO2 needs separate aquarium equipment.

What you get

Dwarf Aquarium Lily with bulb; growth and shape vary with conditions.
